Yes. We require a 3–4 hour buffer between bookings to allow time for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and preparation.
Yes, we offer discounts based on rental length:
5% off for 3+ day rentals
8% off for 7+ day rentals
10% off for 15+ day rentals
12% off for 30+ day rentals
Seasonal and holiday promotions may be offered based on demand and availability. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Yes. A $250 refundable deposit is required for standard rentals.
The deposit will be refunded as long as the vehicle is returned:
- Fueled as required
- Without excessive dirt or mess
- Free of smoke odor or smoke-masking scents
- Without scratches or damage
Our minimum rental period is 2 days.
The maximum standard rental is 30 days, though longer rentals may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Sales tax and any required fees are applied at checkout.
Valid coupons or promotions will then be applied according to their terms and eligibility.
Mileage allowance varies by vehicle and trip type. Each listing will show whether the vehicle includes a daily mileage allowance or unlimited mileage.
Mileage included depends on how long you book the vehicle:
1–6 days: 200 miles per day included
7–14 days: 150 miles per day included
15–29 days: 100 miles per day included
30 days: 3,000 total miles included
Additional mileage is charged at $0.75 per mile.

No. Some vehicles may include a daily mileage limit, while select vehicles may offer unlimited mileage depending on the vehicle type and booking terms.
For vehicles with a mileage limit, additional miles will be charged at the rate shown at booking and in the rental agreement.
Mileage terms are based on the type of vehicle, intended use, and overall trip structure. This allows us to keep pricing fair while maintaining vehicle quality and availability.

Our pickup process is 100% contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive pickup instructions and a lockbox code. The vehicle key will be securely placed in a lockbox, so there is no in-person key handoff required.
Pick-ups and returns are available during normal business hours (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Limited after-hours options may be available with prior approval.
After-hours pick-up and return may be allowed only when arranged in advance.
An additional convenience fee may apply.
Yes. Renters must follow all rental guidelines, including:
- A valid driver’s license is required
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level
- Renters are responsible for tolls and violations
- Late returns may result in additional charges
- Vehicles may not be used for prohibited activities (racing, off-roading, illegal use, etc.)

An additional driver may be added for $15 per day, provided they are 21 years or older and meet rental requirements.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes.
Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue, or masking scents) will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee.
Renters are responsible for all toll charges, parking fees, parking tickets, traffic violations, or citations incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles are equipped with an EZ Pass / toll tag, and toll charges will be billed accordingly.
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty beyond normal use.
Cleaning fees include:
$150 for standard excessive cleaning
$250 for beach-related cleaning (sand, sunscreen, heavy detailing required)
$200 minimum for smoking-related cleaning
$300+ for severe messes or multiple cleaning issues
Cleaning charges are assessed based on the condition of the vehicle upon return.
